In mid-March of 2023, a critical mass of folks near & dear to me happened to be struggling more acutely with the weight of the world. Their struggle resonated deeply in me, and I became inspired to start an informal weekly "newsletter" of sorts, a simple Google doc comprising practices, prompts, quotes and/or poems, some original though mostly curated, all in the spirit of support, inspiration, and undoing aloneness.

And Resource Friday was born.

Since then, my intention has been to offer a resource every week. Over time, Resource Friday has grown into a meta-resource (a resource of resources) with the ongoing intention to be of support to those for whom it is of benefit, and to continue undoing aloneness, my own as much as anyone else’s, in these extraordinary times.

And now… Resource Friday is an official blog, woohoo! May it be of benefit to you as it continues to be to me.
